This is what I made!
The owls I bought a very long time ago and I wanted to make a bracelet with them, but never had time to make one, thank goodness I didn't! They look so cute on this card!

Cuttlebug Mania Tuesdays/Dinsdagen

Hi everyone, boy does time fly! Unfortunately I haven't had time to update my blog, but I will do today!

This week we started with our fortnightly challenge at Cuttlebug Mania, which means more time for you to create and join!
This week we are going "Back to Nature" ! So use what comes to mind like birds, bees, flowers or trees and tell us how you used your Cuttlebug/ or other manual machine!
I created a card with Owl, my favorites! I have used the Woodgrain embossingfolder and the circle die by My Creative Time and the Owl Punch by Stampin Up and the Stitched Curly Label Die by My Creative Time for the sentiment. The sentiment was printed with my computer!

Deze week gaan we terug naar de Natuur! Naar de bloemetjes en de bijtjes en alles wat je maar aan de natuur doet denken! Vermeld wel hoe je je machine hebt gebruikt voor je ontwerp!
Ik heb natuurlijk iets met uiltjes gemaakt. Het houteffect heb ik met een embossing gemaakt van houtnerf en de uiltjes met de pons van Stampin'Up (nu ook in Nederland) en natuurlijk heb ik ook weer dies gebruik van Emma van My Creative Time!


At Cuttlebug Mania we have had some awesome challenges during the month "Anything Goes"
We had a lot of entries and we are so happy with it!

On request we have changed our numbers of challenges per month, we are going fortnightly, which means you will have more time to create and enter!!

In Anything Die-Cut I just had to use my new Flip-Flop die and after seeing an amazing sentiment on the internet, the card was already sketched in my head! Making it was the fun part!!!!
Aren't they amazing???? Made this with the Flip Flop Die from Lil'Inker Design and with dies from Nestibities to use for the blue squares!

De tijd ging een beetje hard waardoor ik helaas geen tijd heb gehad mijn eigen blog bij te houden. Dus nu maar even 2 in een! In de afgelopen maand waarin we "Anything goes" hadden als onderwerp hebben we zoveel deelnemers gehad bij Cuttlebug Mania, waar we zo blij mee zijn.
Ik moest bovengenoemde kaart wel maken bij "Anything Die-Cut" toen ik mijn nieuw gekochte slipper die binnen kreeg, zijn ze niet poepig?? En de tekst vond ik op internet en vond ik zo grappig!

Made some easy cards/Makkelijke kaarten

Hi there, it's an extra day off today in The Netherlands and it was lovely, the sun came out and I had breakfast outside! I even had time to make some easy cards for the event my BFF and I are having this Saturday at her house. It is a day before Mothersday so we are selling our selfmade Jewelry and little gifts and cards!

So I deceided to make cards which I sell for 1 euro, perhaps I will sell lots and lots than. Not every one can afford or appreciates a selfmade card and that is ok, so I deceided to go this way.

A.s. zaterdag, de dag voor Moederdag, hebben mijn vriendin en ik een leuke verkoop van onze zelfgemaakte sieraden, kleine cadeautjes en kaarten. Ik heb deze keer gekozen om kaarten te maken voor een euro, niet iedereen kan of wil een duurdere betalen, dus ik ga eens kijken hoe dit loopt.
Het is in ieder geval wel erg leuk om te maken, met de printer naast me is elke tekst mogelijk!

This is what I made!

My dear friend is in hospital and I just had to make her a great card! So I really wanted to use an odd shape, so I chose an Spellbinders Nestabilities one, to create a stamp shaped card! In the middle I cut a circle, also with the Nestabilities, all done with my Cuttlebuggie!

I then made a nurse owl with the Stampin Up Owl Punch (LOVE IT) and used another die to make the branch she is sitting on.

As finishing touch I used googly eyes! Looks like she is framed!
Isn't she adorable?? Whoo-hoo!




Hoi allemaal, we zijn bij The Cuttlebug Spot nog steeds bezig om in vorm te komen en deze week doen we dat met "Cirkels"
Mijn lieve vriendinnetje ligt in het ziekenhuis dus ik wilde voor haar een leuke kaart maken met een aparte vorm. Toen dacht ik meteen aan mijn Nestabilities met de postzegelvorm, in het midden heb ik een cirkel gesneden.
Vervolgens heb ik een uiltje gemaakt met de Uilenpons van Stampin Up (ben ik helemaal verliefd op) en ik heb er een verpleegster van gemaakt! Ik heb haar op een takje gezet en ze lijkt net ingelijst! Is ze niet lief??

Hi! Hasn't this week flown by?? Amazing!!

Nearly Halloween for the U.S.A. and this weeks project at The Cuttlebug Spot is all about my favorite!!!
"Make a project with an Owl" YIPPEE

I had an idea instantly! I saw a tutorial a long time ago how somebody made an owl out of a circle! So I cuttlebugged two circles and punched out a piece on the top which formed the Owl's points and I made the eyes with furniture protect circles and the belly is another little circle I cuttlebugged out of a Starbuck holder.

I then punched out a zillion (hihi) leaves to create a stash where they sat in!
I cut out some clouds and tadaaaa I love it!!

Wat gaat een week toch snel he? Zitten we lekker alweer op de dinsdag en dat betekent The Cuttlebug Spot! En deze week is het met mijn favorietjes, namelijk maak iets met een uil!
En ik wist meteen wat ik wilde maken, een tijdje geleden had ik iemand een uil zien maken van een cirkel. Dus met cirkels die ik met de Cuttlebug heb uitgesneden heb ik aan de bovenkant met een pons een stukje eruit geponst wat de vorm van het uiltje meteen maakt. De ogen heb ik met meubelviltjes gemaakt en het buikje van een houder van de Starbucks.

Daarna heb ik ziljoenen blaadjes geponst en die heb ik rondom ze geplakt zodat het lijkt alsof ze in een berg met blaadjes zitten te spelen! De wolkjes heb ik uit DSP geknipt!

Ik vind hem gewéldig gelukt!!!

It's Cuttlebug Tuesday

Hi everyone!

Hope you all had a nice weekend!! We have had some great sunny weather overhere which was wonderful!

For this weeks challenge at The Cuttlebug Spot we have a spooky one......can you guess??

Yes! It's Halloweentime and the challenge is
Halloweentime use the colors Black, Purple and Orange!

We don't celebrate Halloween in the Netherlands, but I do love the things that has to do with it, although I am very scared in the dark, I love the craftstuff and the pumpkins!

And so I deceided to make a cute Halloween card, I die cut a black card with the Spellbinders Nestabilities "Blossom Three" with the good old Cuttlebuggie and this shape kinda made me think of a web....so I cuttlebugged a spiderweb on some Purple CS which is the base of the card. I then used the Owlpunch by Stampin'Up which is my fav! And I gave him a Witch hat with the Spellbinders Shapeabilities "Witches'Brew". Isn't he adorable??

The finishing touch is the cute sticker out of cardboard!!!

I think it is soooooooooooooooo cute!!!

Ik hoop dat jullie allemaal een heel leuk weekend hebben gehad, het was hier echt perfect weer, heerlijk het zonnetje er nog bij.

Deze week hebben we een hele toepasselijke challenge, want wat is het volgende week??
Juist Halloween en hoewel we het hier niet vieren, we vieren immers Sint Maarten, vind ik het thema te leuk om niets mee te doen.
Dus hup mijn uiltje weer uit de kast, van Stampin'Up en met een paar prachtige Spellbinders Shapeabilties heb ik de de vorm van de kaart gemaakt. De bloemvorm deed me aan een spinnenweb denken en daarom heb ik die vorm gekozen. Ik heb een spinnenweb geembossed en het uiltje hierop geplakt. Ik heb hem nog een heksenhoed gegeven als finishing touch met een bijpassende sticker! Vind het zoooooooo goed gelukt!!!

Anniversary / Trouwdag

Hi, this week was our best friends Weddinganniversary and ofcourse I had to make them a special card. I think I have managed that. I had to use the Owl Punch from Stampin Up (one of my favorites) and punched two out. Then I made a paper which looks likes it is ripped out of a book, but I really made it! It is from a Post-it block (from one of my favorite stores HEMA) and I placed this on a piece of warm yellow CS (my BFF and I both don't like yellow but this is the approved one...lol) and I combined it with orange DSP. I placed a clip in matching colors. The eyes I made from floor protectors!!! They come in all sizes, aren't they amazing!!! The plastic heart I have used on the weddingcard I made earlier, this is the orange version, plastic fantastic!

Our friends loved it!

Deze week was de trouwdag van onze beste vrienden en daarom moest ik natuurlijk een mooie kaart voor ze maken!! En ik denk dat dat aardig gelukt is. Ik heb de uilenpons van Stampin Up gebruikt (een van mijn favorietjes) en heb er 2 geponst. Vervolgens heb ik een notitieblaadjes gemaakt van een Post-it blokje van de HEMA, het lijkt alsof ik hem zo uit een boekje heb gescheurd( dat hoort ook zo) maar ik heb het écht zelf gemaakt. Vervolgens heb ik een gele kaart als basis gebruikt (mijn beste vriendin en ik houden helemaal niet van geel maar dit is de warme versie en is dus goedgekeurd, hihi). Daarbij heb ik oranje achtig papier gebruikt en een clip in bijpassende kleuren. De ogen van de uiltjes heb ik gemaakt van vloerbeschermers! Die kun je allerlei maten krijgen, zijn ze niet gewéldig? Het plastic hartje heb ik eerder gebruikt op een huwelijkskaart, deze keer is het de kleur oranje! Onze vrienden vonden hem erg mooi.
