It's 5 Days of Christmas at My Creative Time #4

 

On the fourth day of Christmas My Creative Time gave to me

Today we all will be showcasing some quick & EASY Giftcard holders

A giftcard as a Christmaspresent can be presented as a beautiful gift and this is what I made

I love it!

Tip : Use Glimmer paper to make it even more special

Supplies I used

Sleigh Treat Box Die Revised ( I cut it out twice, so I could make a silver layer on top of the red, just by cutting on the lines) Treat Envelope Die (which is the parcel in the sleigh) Peace on Earth

On the fifth day of Christmas My Creative Time thought
we would surprise you with different ideas!

So you may know my a little by now.....

I see different things in the My Creative Time dies all the time!

And when I saw the sleigh die....I immediately thought....

Elf shoe

Am I the only one?

Ok, it is not Quick and Easy, but Cute and Pretty

But now I know how to do it, a second or third one would not take that much time!

So this is what I made

So I cut out the red glitter paper by hand holding the sleigh as a template

I made the Elf leg from a piece of paper which was only 11,5 cm (about 4,5 inches)wide

I made a glue strip of 1,5 cm and divided the 10 cm in 4 parts

so his leg was made

I glued it to the inside of the shoe

I then glued a pompom on the end of the shoe

and bells along the shoe skirt and when you shake

the shoe you can hear the jinglebells ringelingeling

I then cut a strip as wide as the shoe (about 1 1/4 inch) and put it under the leg

and glued it under the shoe

So this is like a lid, you can easily open it to put candy in there

or any small gift
