I made my own background with the computer by typing in

all the names of Santa's reindeer

 Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donder, Blitzen & Rudolph!

I die cut as many reindeer I could fit on a card and to speed up things
you can cut them out of two pieces of CS in one go!

Ofcourse Rudolph had to be in there and  he got his red rhine stone nose!

Cuttlebug Mania Tuesday/Dinsdag

Hi everyone!

 

This week is one of my favorite challenges at Cuttlebug Mania we have come up with so far!! Our DT have come up with a great idea! Make a project that begins with the first letter of your name!

 

Since my name starts with a J, I had to find something , so I googled....Jig-saw, Jewelry.....Japanese dress....YES A Japanese Doll!!!!

 

I have used circles by Nestabilties to create her face and hair.I have used 2 dies from My Creative Time to create her sleeves on her kimono. And the wooden sticks are from a flower die from My Creative Time as well!The flowers are punches with Pearls on them. Her hands are punches as well.

And black shiny ribbon on her dress. And a cute Peachy Keen face!

 

This is my little one, I love her to pieces!!

Hallo allemaal, deze week hebben we wel een favoriet van mij te pakken! Creeer iets met de eerste letter van je naam! Ik heet Jannie, dus iets met een J...jaaaaaaaaaa Japans meisje!!

Hi everyone,

I have a few favorite blogs I visit nearly every day! To inspire and to admire because they are amazing! One of my favorites is "These are a few of my favorite Things - by Dawn McVey".
She makes amazing cards with stamps in her own way! I love to see what see makes.

This week I saw this card and whilst cleaning my desk ( There is more play area on a clean craft table) I found this butterfly I already cut and was laying somewhere on my desk.
I remember the card I saw that Dawn has made this week and I have tried to copy it and use whatever is nearby. This is what I made!

Tijdens het opruimen van mijn hobbykamer kwam ik deze vlinder tegen en ik had ook net op één van mijn favoriete blogs gekeken, die van Dawn McVey en het leek me leuk hem "na te maken" op mijn manier!

Made some easy cards/Makkelijke kaarten

Hi there, it's an extra day off today in The Netherlands and it was lovely, the sun came out and I had breakfast outside! I even had time to make some easy cards for the event my BFF and I are having this Saturday at her house. It is a day before Mothersday so we are selling our selfmade Jewelry and little gifts and cards!

So I deceided to make cards which I sell for 1 euro, perhaps I will sell lots and lots than. Not every one can afford or appreciates a selfmade card and that is ok, so I deceided to go this way.

A.s. zaterdag, de dag voor Moederdag, hebben mijn vriendin en ik een leuke verkoop van onze zelfgemaakte sieraden, kleine cadeautjes en kaarten. Ik heb deze keer gekozen om kaarten te maken voor een euro, niet iedereen kan of wil een duurdere betalen, dus ik ga eens kijken hoe dit loopt.
Het is in ieder geval wel erg leuk om te maken, met de printer naast me is elke tekst mogelijk!

Just say Hello!

Hi there,

I just wanted to make a Just Because card, to sent to an elderly couple we know so well but haven't seen in a while. We used to prepare meals as volunteers for a big group of elderly people to get them out of their loneliness and be around other people. Although a lot of work, it was really rewarding and we always had so much fun, our helps were 70 years and older!

So because I thought about them, I made this card! I love the colors I have used and especially the DSP!! I have used The Curly Die from My Creative Time, I love it and use it all the time! I made the "Hallo" (Dutch for Hello) with the Die-namics of My Favorite Things, love this font! I am so happy with them, simply because you can make a whole alphabet in one go in the Cuttlebug! I love that!

Ik wilde een zomaar kaartje maken voor een lief ouder stel die wij al heel lang kennen door de kookgroep die wij jaren hebben gedaan als vrijwilliger, we kookten dan voor een grote groep ouderen (boven de 70) om zo o.a. uit hun isolement te komen. Het was altijd erg veel werk maar er kwam ook ontzettend veel voldoening van.
Onze hulpjes waren ook boven de 70 en we hebben altijd heel veel plezier gehad.

Ik dacht aan ze en heb onderstaande kaart gemaakt met Dies van My Creative Time en My Favorite Things! Die gebruik ik allebei zo vaak, ik ben gek op dit lettertype! En het mooie is dat je in 1 draai een heel alfabet hebt en daar hou ik van!

Multifunctioneel!

Een kaart voor diverse gelegenheden, dient een gelegenheid zich aan, hoef je alleen maar te vinken en hij kan zo verstuurd worden! Helemaal leuk én handig!
