Hobbymomentjes/Hobbymoments

Hi there,

It has been a while, but I have been busy with studying for an exam at work, it was really difficult but I passed!!! Hooray!

So then it was time again to do what I love most and that is crafting!!!

Our friends got married last week, with a small setting, only Family and we were invited to their party last Saturday! They looked wonderful and very happy and ofcourse I made them a card. In the colors of the brides bouquet and inside I created an envelop where we put in our donation.

I made a card out of white CS and used lilac paper because of the colors of the brides bouquet. I ran this through the good old Cuttlebug, something swirly, I love it. I used pearls to make it chique! And I embossed a weddingstamp I bought at Michaels (YEAH) with white embossingpowder. I cut it with a tagdie to giv it a nice shape on top. I then put a ribbon out of organza around it to finish it off.
On the inside I put an envelop I made with one of my new dies by My Creative Time. The flap I embossed as well. As a finishing touch I put some string around it.
The couple loved it!!
We also bought 2 Champagneglasses for the Happy Couple to toast and as a finishing touch on those, I used another of the fabulous dies by My Creative Time and used the stamp which comes with the die and it says "Mr & Mrs"














I also created cupcake toppers for my neighbour who turned 10 this Saturday, and we put them together with her Mom and sister, this is the result!!



We then made owls out of Toiletrolls and we had so much fun!! The idea I saw at Kerry's blog and this is what we came up with!!!

Hier ben ik weer éindelijk, ik moest een examen doen voor mijn werk, dus veel moeten leren, maar ik ben gelukkig geslaagd!! En nu is het weer tijd voor knutselfrutselen!! Hoera!! Onze vrienden zijn "stiekum" getrouwd en wij waren wel uitgenodigd voor het grote feest afgelopen zaterdag! Ik kon me gelukkig uitleven op een mooie kaart, die ik in de kleuren van het boeket van de bruid heb gemaakt. Ik heb pareltjes erop geplakt om het geheel van chiquer te maken en een mooi organza lintje erom heen. Ik heb met Versamark een mooie stempel gebruikt en met wit embossingpoeder het afgemaakt. Aan de binnenkant zit een envelopje, gemaakt met één van de laatste dies van My Creative Time. Het flapje heb ik ook even door de Cuttlebug gehaald. Daarnaast hebben we 2 Champagneglazen gegeven en deze heb ik verfraaid met een andere leuke die met bijpassende stempeltje van My Creative Time.

De buurmeisjes zijn komen knutselen, eentje was afgelopen zaterdag jarig en zij vroeg mij toppers te maken voor op haar koeken, deze hebben we samen met haar moeder en zus in elkaar geplakt.Daarna gingen we een uiltje knappen..uh plakken...met een toiletrol, inspiratie kwam van Kerry's blog!
