I made a special oblong card for a dear colleque, she is great and had her birthday on Cuttlebug Tuesday, so in honor of her I made this lace card.
I had bought this amazing 6x6 pad with all kinds of printed laced paper!!! Love it love it love it!! But I didn't have the opportunity to use it until today!!
I used the DSP and a piece of wallpaper with laceprint! It is the white element. I am sure I told you before! I get these from the DIY store, they are wallpapersamples and are 10*15 cm and perfect for us cardmakers!!
I then used a label from a clothesstore "Didi" they have the most beautiful labels where they put the price on and I got a lot from both the shop as a friend of mine. They are great for either scrapbooking or a card like this one!
I then used a beautiful wooden carved rose which I have turned into a charm to put on the card, as a gift for her, so she can put it on a necklace by choice.
Because she became 50, which you can't tell, I put on 50 (special age in The Netherlands) and a wonderful sentiment! (It's a sticker)

Hallo allemaal, vandaag alweer de laatste Cuttlebug Dinsdag voor de zomervakantie! We stoppen even omdat iedereen met vakantie gaat maar daarna zijn we weer terug, dit zal ongeveer in september zijn.
Vergeet vooral niet ook naar ons geweldige DT te gaan en zij blijven ook actief tijdens deze stop, op hun eigen blogs, dus je hoeft ons niet écht te missen, dus blijf ons vooral volgen!
Ik had op Cuttlebug Dinsdag een hele speciale verjaardag, van een hele lieve collega, dus deze challenge heb ik voor haar gemaakt.
De opdracht is maak een kaart met kant als focus! Dit mag echte kant zijn, gestempeld, papier, alles mag!
Ik had een geweldig blokje met geprint kantpapier, waarvoor ik nog geen gelegenheid had gehad, tot nu!
Ik heb een oblong kaart gemaakt (blijf het een ontzettende leuke vorm vinden)met verschillende soorten van dit papier én een stukje behang van de Praxis! Die kun je gratis pakken, want het zijn voorbeeldjes! Ze zijn 10*15 cm dus perfect voor het maken van kaarten!
Als cadeautje heb ik een prachtig uit hout gesneden witte roos verwerkt tot een hanger, zodat de jarige deze aan een ketting kan dragen.
En natuurlijk 50 erop geplakt, want dat werd ze (niet te zien overigens) en een prachtige tekst! (sticker)
